Spinach is low in calories and packed with vitamins A, C and K1. It also contains a high amount of folic acid, iron, and calcium.

Nutrition in Spinach

cream cheese,  sour cream, cooked spinach, marinated artichoke hearts, minced garlic,  parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and seasonings. Mix all of the ingredients together and spread into a baking dish or skillet.

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. 2.  Chill for about 2 hours. 3.  Serve with your favorite dippers, like crackers or veggies, and share with your favorite people.

– ½ cup butter – 1 small onion, chopped – 3 cloves garlic, chopped – 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained – 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained – 1 (6 ounce) package herb and garlic feta, crumbled – 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese, divided – salt and pepper to taste – 1  deep-dish pie shell – 4  eggs – 1 cup milk
